ClaimShow

AI-powered claims intelligence for insurers, TPAs, and adjusters.

Turn estimates, bids, and damage photos into defensible, source-cited reviews. Faster than manual, auditable like an appraiser.

Built for carrier, TPA, and independent-adjuster workflows where every variance needs a source, a reason, and a reviewable output.

Four claim-review workflows, one review surface.

Run the check that fits the file in front of your team. No per-card consumer pricing here - insurer and TPA pilots are scoped by workflow, volume, and review needs.

Service 01 · Cost & Scope Review

Audit an insurer estimate line by line.

Mode 1 reviews the estimate against the claim context, flags missing scope, pricing variance, quantity issues, and items that need adjuster attention before the file moves.

Start cost review

Service 02 · Contractor Bid Review

Compare multiple bids without losing the thread.

Mode 2 clusters contractor line items, normalizes paraphrased scopes, and surfaces bid-to-bid variance so reviewers can see what changed, what is missing, and what is priced high.

Compare bids

Service 03 · Damage Assessment

Triage damage photos into a reviewable claim picture.

Upload damage photos when the file needs a fast independent read. ClaimShow identifies visible materials, likely scope, and confidence flags for adjuster review.

Assess damage

Service 04 · Replacement Cost Value

Produce reconstruction cost figures before the decision point.

RCV workflows help claim teams and appraisal partners reason about replacement cost, regional pricing, and property details before coverage or reserve conversations harden.

Service 05 · Code Compliance Review

Flag jurisdiction-specific code requirements.

Code Compliance Review will identify electrical, structural, energy, and jurisdiction-specific code issues that may change rebuild cost. It is not linked until launch.

Ask about roadmap

No black-box settlement decisions. ClaimShow gives reviewers source-cited evidence, variance flags, and defensible outputs; licensed adjusters and carriers keep final authority.

How it works

One review path across estimates, bids, photos, and property details.

  1. 01. Upload

Insurer estimate, contractor bid, damage photos, or property details. We accept PDF, ESX, Word, Excel, and images.

  2. 02. AI review

Vision and LLM review classifies, scopes, and grounds the file against a 75,000-document proprietary cost corpus used at inference time.

  3. 03. Defensible output

Reviewable PDF with line-item audit, variance flags, recommendations, and full source attribution.

Built for auditability, not guesswork.

Every workflow is shaped around the same question: can a claims professional defend the number, the variance, and the source behind it?

Audit

We review estimates and bids; we don't sell settlement decisions

ClaimShow is independent decision-support software. It sits beside the adjuster, estimator, or appraiser, and keeps the review trail visible.

ClaimShow supports the reviewer. It does not replace the reviewer.

ClaimShow produces source-cited claim intelligence for estimates, bids, photos, and RCV workflows. It does not settle claims. Licensed adjusters, carriers, and appointed estimators retain final authority on every coverage, reserve, and payment decision.

The platform is built for review: line items, variance flags, confidence signals, and supporting sources that a claims professional can inspect before sharing, revising, or rejecting an output.

FAQ

Is this only a damage-photo product?
No. Damage assessment is one workflow. The pilot-ready platform also supports cost and scope review, contractor bid review, and replacement cost value workflows.
Does ClaimShow replace our adjusters?
No. ClaimShow is decision-support software. It gives your reviewers line-item evidence, variance flags, and source attribution so they can make faster, more defensible calls.
Why no public per-card pricing?
Insurer and TPA pilots depend on volume, workflow mix, review depth, and integration needs. The homepage points to the live workflows and keeps commercial pricing in the demo conversation.
Is Code Compliance available today?
Not yet. Code Compliance Review is marked Coming Soon everywhere it appears here, and the homepage does not link to an unavailable route.

Want the review layer across a claim team?

Start with the workflow your reviewers already feel: estimate audit, bid comparison, damage triage, or RCV. We will scope the pilot around the files that create the most review drag.

Give every review a source trail.

ClaimShow turns claim documents, bids, photos, and property details into reviewable outputs your team can inspect, edit, and defend.
